We brought in our pup Kiki for urgent treatment of an allergic reaction. Good news, she’s made a complete recovery! We’re so pleased with Dr. Chae and staff we brought our second pup in, and our adult dog will soon make the switch. Doctor and staff are knowledgeable and professional, kind and friendly, and are excellent in communication. The office is in pristine condition with easy access and plenty of parking. We’re 100% satisfied.
The staff are terrific. Doc is knowledgeable and caring. Wife has been looking for a good place for a while and it looks like she’s happy with Peppertree. The facility looks brand new and they’re conveniently located. Thumbs up!
Dr. Chae is hands down the only veterinarian that I trust with my 2 pups! The staff were amazing as well handling both of my corgis. My pups love the staff and Dr there! As any parent including dog parent, we all know the worry of getting any procedure done with our babies. I took my pups there to get neutered and Dr Chae and staff made sure to quell any worries I had along with answering any and all questions I had. After the procedure, the staff made sure to explain each and all medications I were to give to my babies. Along with informing me on any precautions I should take during their recovery. I would highly recommend Peppertree Animal Hospital. Thank you again Dr and the staff of Peppertree for such a wonderful and easy experience.
I typically do not write reviews, however had to go out of my way to express my gratitude to the meticulous care that was provided to my pups in such an informative and friendly manner. Out of the two corgis, one of them is incredibly nervous and sensitive. I was left in awe watching Dr. Chae immediately made a connection with him ensuring me that my fur sons were going to be under reliable hands. Once the trust was established between my puppies and the professional staff in front of me, Dr. Chae immediately informed me of the many opportunities and services provided without hesitation to answer my many questions. I truly have nothing but great things to say and am looking forward to my next visit.
Our family needs a GOOD Vet (we have three dogs and a cat, and my daughter wants to keep rescuing more...). We found Peppertree Animal Hospital by sheer luck, and I believe this is the one for us. Our Bev just finished a deep teeth clean including anesthesia (which worried us a little). The first day was a check-up. When we went the next day for the actual procedure, our Bev was so happy to see the nurses again that it surprised me. This was a clear indication that she was treated well the first day. Doctor seemed experienced and caring as well (he mentioned that he was running a 24-hour emergency facility for a number of years before). The whole procedure went flawless, we got two extracted teeth along with healthier Bev, and an extremely fair price to top it all up. Taking Lucy there next.
