1. Payment is due when services are rendered. Major surgeries may require a prepayment or deposit at morning drop off. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill.
2. We accept debit cards, major credit cards, and cash.
3. We currently do not accept checks.
4. When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. We at Peppertree Animal Hospital understand this and are able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program. The application is available online through their website and is easily completed in minutes.

6. With any use of pet insurance, your pet's exam will be 50% off EVERY time.
7. With our referral program, you can obtain $20 for every appointment that is booked and completed with your referral. Those clients will also receive $20 toward their pet's next appointment.
